5.What is Remy Hair?

One can say that human hair collected directly from a hair donor is Remy hair. It is sometimes referred to as cuticle hair, virgin Hair or cut Hair. The majority of human hair sold in the industry is non-remy hair, which means that the hair cuticles have been stripped by the process of bleaching or acid-bath. Remy hair goes through special processing during the de-pigmentation phase, one that resembles treating cashmere.  With this the hair cuticles are still intact, therefore the hair is stronger, shinier, more lively, and durable.

6.What is Virgi Hair?

We only use raw material that are in a "virgin hair" status, which is hair that has not been chemically treated at all. Perms, hair coloring, and dyes make human hair unhealthy and less valuable to work with.

7.When should I get my order?

• For stocks wigs,you will get it within 2 or 3 business days.Some US customers said they could not get within 2 days,thats because UPS could not make it for some places within 2 days.So thats really something that we could not control.
• For Customer made wigs,the order will be processed as long as we get your order,if we have some problems with your order,we will contact you through email,if we could not get any reply from you within 2 days,we will call you directly.

1.Why the pacakge was labled "synthetic hair"?

Because of doing this,you do not need to pay any taxes,If we lable it huamn hair,UPS or Fedex will charge you taxes.So normally we write"synthetic hair" or "gift"

2.If i do not like the wig?How do I return?

We accept no reason return for all stock lace wigs.Customer made wigs could not be returned.

Please contact our sale asap and do not touch the wig please.You need to find out how much it will cost to ship it back,we will pay you the shipping fee to your paypal in advance.
