I love the hair but the delivery time was a little long and the packaging ridiculously not acceptable it was sent in a zip lock bag Thatsz the only part that I totally hated and oh whomever I was talking to in customer service seemed to have a little attitude because I kept asking questions so the customer service I rate at a three..!!!
