CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To better our customer shopping experience, Order Wigs Online have refined the return and exchange policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for up to 30 days after delivery if they remain in their original packaging (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original package).
ATTENTION: Pls double check your inbox and spam folder after you tell us to cancel/return/exchange your order. Usually our reply email may go to your spam folder. If you can not see the email in time. It may delay the shipping,canceling ,return and exchange
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing your order. Hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order. If you decide to cancel/change your order please write to us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your product you can ship your item back to us within 30 days of receipt. Any product that has been altered, cut, dyed or toned voids any chance of return.
To return your order with us you MUST firstly contact our customer service team by email, livechat or website contact form and tell us the order number, return reason. After the return request is agreed,the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service.
Please kindly send email with the correct returned shipping number after package’s shipped out. We are not held responsible for any lost returns in transit.
Once we have receive your return. We will contact you for refund or exchange as your request. You can choose your refund from one of the following refund payment options:
Store Credit – We will send you extra $20 if you choose to refund your order in Order Wigs Online store credits, and your next purchase is made easier!
Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to your original form of payment that you used to purchase the order.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after your return has been received. Please allow a further 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement before contacting us. Please note that any delays in processing your refund back to your account may be due to your financial banking institution.
Return Shipping Fee
For all the return, Pls pay the shipping fee first. Our warehouses don't accept freight collect packages.We will refund you the shipping fee depending on the situation.
Quality problem or wrong items: Pls contact us with the hair photos. We will bear the return shipping fee and re-shipping fee to send you the new and correct hair in 2 days after we receive the hair you returned.
Other reason : dislike, unsuitable, color not match etc.The buyer will pay the return shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
Order Wigs Online allow one free exchange for all eligible products. We will contact you for exchange after we receive the hair you return and will bear the re-shipping fee to ship the new hair.
If the exchange item(s) costs more than your first order, we will contact you to obtain the payment difference before shipping. If the exchange item(s) costs less,the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you want to receive the new items earlier. You could place a new order. and meantime return the item. Money will be refunded to your original payment method after we receive the hair you return.
